Jeannine Soster

Jeannine Soster has extensive commercial real estate experience, primarily in Lake and Geauga Counties, and is considered a top local broker. Serving as Operations Manager and Real Estate Consultant for two Lake County Commercial brokerage firms, Jeannine has leased/sold more than $40,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions. More than $20,000,000 was accomplished within the last year.

Jeannine has experience in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange, buyer representation, acquisition, disposition, property management and extensive marketing activities. She has been involved with all types of real estate including: retail, office, warehouse, medical, industrial, manufacturing, residential and land.

Jeannine is a graduate from The University of Akron, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Master of Arts in Administration. Furthermore, she holds a real estate license in the State of Ohio. She has served as Assistant Economic Development Director for Summit County, where her tax abatement experience has been an asset in the real estate industry. Additionally, Jeannine has extensive development/fundraising experience in the corporate sector in Northeast Ohio.

A 1992 Who's Who Among American Women, Jeannine has extensive marketing experience, utilizing eCommerce activities, including web page development/maintenance, desktop publishing, speech writing, advertising development and much more.

Jeannine has extensive community experience in Lake County, serving on boards and commissions. Additionally, she has donated her time for many non-profit organizations to raise development funds for various projects.
