John Stefanek

John Stefanek is a recent college graduate from the University of Dayton.  John graduated with a degree in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship.  He has worked for Colliers International Ostendorf Morris as an intern for three summers, as well as a retail development company, Unified Developers out of Dayton, Ohio for two years.  He has a great base knowledge for the real estate industry and is the newest member to our team. 

Through John Stefanek’s career as an undergraduate, John traveled through South East Asia as part of a group of 28 students.  Not only did John meet with foreign and American companies while he was overseas but he also took a full semester of courses.  As a final project, John and his classmates, who worked as a team, put together a marketing plan for a local Cambodian company, New Grain Organics.  His experiences and knowledge gained overseas is an asset to John as a business man as well as being and overall well rounded person working in the real estate industry.  

John is learning quickly and generating new business for The Gatto Group.  He has a great level integrity and determination that are inherent for becoming successful in this industry.  Not only does John have real estate experience but he provides a unique perspective to our real estate dealings and in a short amount of time he adds great value to our organization.
