Ray Kaminski

Raymond M. Kaminski is a veteran commercial real estate broker, with over twenty years of experience. Ray has knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate services including office and industrial sales and leasing, land sales and acquisitions, and build to suit projects. He has worked with many local and national firms where his negotiating skills have been strong benefits for his clients. He specializes in representing clients who want to purchase commercial property or land, and tenants who lease office or office/warehouse space.

During Ray’s career he has served as Manger, Office Sales and Leasing for the former Cragin-Lang, Inc., and as Sales Manager for the former Herbert Laronge, Inc. He has most recently been associated with the King Group. He was also Leasing Manager for First Union Real Estate, a real estate investment trust, where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of over 1,500,000 square feet of office space in Cleveland and other Midwest cities, and for supervising construction of tenant improvements for these properties.

After earning his BSBA at Fenn College, and before starting his real estate career, Ray worked for seventeen years in the telecommunications systems field as a salesman, sales manager and vice president. He is active in many professional organizations and in both his church and his community of Highland Heights.
