Syl Stanisa

Syl spent 34 years with a major international Fortune 500 corporation (TRW) with leading roles in corporate real estate, facility management, plant engineering and construction management. His expertise spans from heavy industrial through general office and commercial, and has recently specialized in golf courses.

More recently Syl has been working the general commercial real estate market throughout northeast Ohio and beyond with the same focus as he always pursued – to achieve the best possible value for his clients while working with utmost integrity and confidentiality.

With Syl’s overall real estate expertise he handles traditional real estate sales and leases and also offers a more complete service in strategic planning, sale lease back, site selection on a national level, facility design along with cost estimates, and construction oversight to ensure quality standards, budget and schedule. In a nutshell, Syl handles the total process of new facility development, selection and construction.

Syl holds a BS degree in Industrial Management and holds a real estate license in the State of Ohio. He is a member of NACORE (International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives). He also holds a designation of Master of Corporate Real Estate from NACORE. Additionally, he holds designations as Certified Facility Manager and Certified Plan Engineer. Syl lives in Jefferson, Ohio and enjoys running (has completed 29) marathons and has an extensive interest in wine grapes and wineries with many years of affiliation in grape farming and wine producing.
